Hi,

 One of my friends was given an offer from Aricent an year ago. I will try and post a snapshot of HR polcies in that offer. You may compare that with Accenture, if you have.

I would suggest you to forget about money, but focus on HR polcies and growth prospects. eg how soon can you expect a promotion, does the work culture give due importance to what frehmen have to say, etc.

Ofcourse you need to be logged in.
It clearly shows that however the package, increment, onsite opportunities are more or less the same, but there is a bond in Accenture. But onsite opportunities are more as well. So if you are not very particular about staying in NCR and also no CAT/MBA plans for you- then you can safely choose Accenture over Aricent(Flex).

However if staying in NCR is a criterion and want to switch job soon for further studies or any other reason, Aricent may be a better option.

Can you elaborate on the query I have- Is Accenture more of a show than material?
I mean although accenture has a great name globally, but the work in India is not that good, and should a company like Flex be given preference over Accenture?
