as far as i know aricent would be a better option because of following reason:

1)they have a good training generally of 6 months

2)growth is above average

3)lateral movement options are more as compared to amdocs

4)u will be given a profile which depends on your performance in training while at amdocs it based on projects.

5)at aricent u willl be working on c++ mainly while at amdocs it can be even cobol fortran sometimes.

6)if ur living in delhi aricent is a good option due 2 its office at gurgaon.

Hi Aniruddh,Yes you can consider the ARICENT as better option in compare of AMDOCS by keeping in mind the overall quality of work which you would going to perform there. AMDOCS is good firm but the type of work which they do is in very restricted domain (means the firms which do similiar type are less)
If you are going to decide wrt Pay package then I think AMDOCS is better option.

HI,

I am agree with both of them. Terms that u mentioned in ur query, Amdocs should be the choice.

I am currently working in Aricent. On the scale of 10, i will

career growth - 5

work culture - 4 ( in some project, it is worst.)

increment - 4 ( very poor )
